Data Entry And Accounting
Bookkeeping experience, Account Receivables experience. Prepare deposits and Invoices. Collects delinquent accounts by locating and contacting customers; establishing repayment terms and schedules. Must have good organizational skills. Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to type 35-40 WPM.
Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft word, Excel and Outlook. General Math Skills, Phone Skills, Verbal Communication, Organization, Informing Others, Computer Skill, Deadline-Oriented, Results Driven, Objectivity Must be Bilingual (Read/ Write/ Communicate in Spanish and English)
